What’s the difference between Waygu and Kobe?
Kobe is a region in Japan, known for exquisite beef. Similar to the way Champagne is a style of sparkling wine produced in France. Waygu is a breed of cattle. It translates literally to ‘Japanese cattle’. Our Texas Waygu is naturally raised and produces an exceptionally delicious cut of beef.
